We all crave different things at various stages of life. Our shared connection with our alma mater IIMB can help us create meaningful experiences throughout these stages - whether it is to engage, elevate, or empower.

As a transition generation, graduates of India's premier management institute, many of us found our way to the Northeast USA. We've made our mark at some of the world's finest companies, excelling in finance, healthcare, pharma, telecom, tech, IT services, and numerous other leading fields. And we have so much more to offer.

So here’s my vision for our US - East chapter:
Engage: Let’s foster a vibrant community of friends and families, sharing meaningful moments and supporting one another.
Elevate: Let’s volunteer and explore opportunities together, proudly championing the IIMB brand
Empower: Let’s mentor and guide, nurturing the professional growth of everyone in our community.

A bit about me…I am Rajesh Khanna (yes that's right 😊). I drive revenue at Bridgenext, a Digital Consulting firm and I am based out of Princeton Junction, NJ. With over 25 years helping Fortune 500 clients create a competitive edge, I've had the privilege of building global award-winning teams and being on the advisory board of a top tech company, gaining insights into how innovation and collaboration shape the future.
